Reception:

• Single female guests are accepted with valid identification and an official police permit
• Marriage certificate with official notarization and judiciary stamp is required

Child Policy:

• Stay for children under 3 years old (without using extra services) is free
• Children aged 3 to 7 years old (without using extra services) are charged at half price
• Note: Free or half-price accommodation applies to one child only

Cancellation Policy:

• Due to different cancellation policies during various periods and across hotels, the exact cancellation fee will be determined after confirmation with the hotel

Foreign Guests:

• Online booking for non-Iranian guests is not available
• Acceptance of foreign guests is possible only directly through the hotel

Hotel Policies:

• All guests must present valid identification and proof of relationship (ID card, national card, valid marriage certificate, etc.)
• Single guests under the age of 18 are not accepted without an accompanying person
