At Excelsior Hotel Kish, changing the guest name is considered a cancellation.

Booking multiple rooms under the same name is not allowed.

If multiple rooms are booked under the same name, guest check-in will not be permitted, and a name change penalty will apply.

Children aged 5 and above are considered adults, and children under 5 do not receive any services.

If there are two children between 2 and 5 years old, the second child will incur a charge.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your reservation at Excelsior Hotel Kish, after contacting SnapTrip support and checking the cancellation fee with the hotel, you will be informed of the amount.

In case of cancellation, in addition to the hotel’s cancellation fee, 1% of the total reservation amount will be charged by SnapTrip as a service fee.
