Temporary marriage certificates are not accepted.

Child accommodation (half price)
Accommodation for children under 2 years old (if not using a bed) is free.
Accommodation for children aged 2 to 12 years (if not using a bed) is charged at half price.
Free or half-price accommodation applies to only one child.

Reservation cancellation policy
Cancellation requires confirmation.
Cancellation up to 20 days before arrival is free of charge.
Cancellation between 20 and 11 days before arrival: 20% penalty of one night per room.
Cancellation between 10 and 6 days before arrival: 30% penalty of one night.
Cancellation between 5 days and 48 hours before arrival: 50% penalty of one night.
Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival: 70% penalty of one night.
If the guest leaves after check-in, the cost of one night per room will be deducted from the prepayment.

Nowruz 2023 reservation rules
During Nowruz, some rates are provisional and calculated with system service fees.
In case of a rate increase, the difference will be collected before arrival at the hotel.
According to Nowruz regulations, date changes, name changes, and cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances; please ensure your travel plans before booking.
