Cancellation:
Cancellation policies during peak and off-peak seasons vary. The exact cancellation fee will be determined after confirmation with the hotel.

Hotel Regulations:
Cancellation requests made 20 to 3 days before the arrival date will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the first night's stay.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount as a final penalty.
