Accommodation for Single Women Accommodation is permitted upon presentation of valid identification documents.

Marriage Certificate (Sighfa-nameh) Submission of an official marriage certificate with an embossed seal and a birth certificate/ID booklet is mandatory.

Child Policy (Half Rate) Accommodation for children under 5 years old is free of charge, provided that no additional services are used. The accommodation fee for children aged between 5 and 12 years (provided that no additional services are used) is calculated at half rate. Please note that the free or half-rate accommodation policy applies to only one child per reservation.

Foreign Guest Accommodation The rates for foreign guests differ from local rates.

Cancellation Cancellation rates vary depending on peak and off-peak seasons. Since cancellation fees differ based on the time of year and specific hotels, the exact cancellation fee amount will be confirmed after inquiry with the hotel.
