Single Female Guest Policy:

• Single female guests are accepted upon presenting valid identification documents.

Temporary Marriage Certificate:

• A valid temporary marriage certificate with an official embossed notary seal is required.

Child Policy:

• Accommodation for children under 2 years old is free of charge if no extra services are used.
• Accommodation for children over 2 years old is charged at the full rate.
• Note: Free or discounted accommodation applies to only one child.

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservation cancellation requires confirmation from the hotel.
• Due to different cancellation policies during peak and off-peak seasons and varying hotel regulations, the exact cancellation fee will be determined after inquiry.

Hotel Policies:

• Short-Term Stay: Short-term (hourly) room reservations are available only between 09:00 and 16:00 and do not include breakfast.
• Identification Documents: Original birth certificate for couples (to verify identity and marital status), national ID card or birth certificate for Iranian guests, and passport for foreign guests are mandatory.
• Parking: The hotel parking lot has limited capacity and is located approximately 150 meters from the hotel.
• Deposit: Upon check-in, a deposit of 2,000,000 IRR will be collected for the room and minibar charges and will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out.
