About Soroushoun Eco-Lodge, Shiraz
Sovoshun Eco-Lodge Shiraz is a historic house over 200 years old, restored under the supervision of the Cultural Heritage Organization, and located in the city’s only gallery alley. Its exterior walls are decorated with paintings by Master Dr. Adel Yazdi, depicting the story of Siavash passing through fire. It is said that this house was the residence of Simin Daneshvar, the renowned Iranian writer, and the name Sovoshun is taken from her book. The lodge is close to historical sites and attractions such as Narenjestan Ghavam, Zinat-ol-Moluk House, Vakil Bath, Karim Khan Citadel, and Shah Cheragh Shrine.
