Parsian Esteghlal Hotel in Tehran (formerly the Royal Hilton) is known as the largest five-star hotel in Iran, located in the northern part of the capital. It was inaugurated on November 29, 1962. Built on a land area of 70,000 square meters, the hotel benefits from an excellent location with easy access to Valiasr Street—the longest street in the Middle East—and one of the most beautiful streets in Tehran.

Esteghlal Hotel, with its East and West towers, offers more than 550 luxurious and fully equipped rooms and suites.
