Single female guests cannot be accommodated, even with valid identification or a temporary marriage certificate.
Accommodation for children under 2 years old (without using hotel services) is free of charge. For children aged 2 to 12 years (without using hotel services), a 50% discount applies. Please note that free or half-price accommodation applies to only one child per booking.
For non-peak periods, cancellations made up to 72 hours before arrival are free of charge; up to 48 hours before arrival incur a 50% charge; up to 24 hours before arrival incur a 100% charge for the first night; and cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival are subject to a full booking charge.
Local guests are not accepted.
